Scabbing is an important part of the process of pulling the old pigment from your skin. Expect a few days of downtime if you're lightening previous eyebrow, lip, freckle or eyeliner tattoos.

By skillfully and gently introducing saline solution into the skin, the process works by Osmosis causing the pigment to rise to the upper layers of skin and then absorbed by a thin scab.

Fresh unwanted tattoo or permanent makeup work can be significantly lightened if the Saline Lightening Service is performed in the first 24-48 hours, if the skin is in a condition that is able to be treated.

The process of Saline Lightening actually breaks up old scar tissue that can be caused by improper Microblading or too deep of a tattoo. It is important to remember not to pick at your scabs! The longer the scab stays on the skin's surface, the more pigment it can absorb.
